An overview of REC's Accessibility efforts

We are currently under a long task of making our pages friendly to users with screen reader programs such as JAWS for Windows. Many of our sites can already be read with screen reader software but we recognize there are ways we can enhance them to better support a user with a screen reader.

    REC Accessibility Update

    Accessible Broadcast Query Tool

    January 13, 2007. We have located a project we were working on awhile back where we made an accessible version of our Broadcast Query (FMQ) Tool. This version does not contain maps and has some special features that make the readback of the results easier with a screen reader. This is a lite version of the tool and does not yet contain all of the features of the full graphical Broadcast Query tool. We will work on it as development time permits. For now, it will do many of the basic search functions from the FCC databases.
